Use this desk for the work your role allows. Do not share your password. Do not pull or export data for anyone who does not have a login.
Tickets are CTS operator feedback. Incidents are collision, injury, threat, or equipment damage. LDAP identifies the person unless they have no active LDAP.
An admin can disable or delete a login. That does not change the source system (Connecteam today, Field after cutover).
